Bridget taught Jazzercise for more than 15 years. She reached the point of being unable to teach due to severe pain and numbness in her feet. She was referred to Scott Elder due to a pain in her hip. Scott conducted a complete QLDTM Assessment on her.
The DHS System identified the foot problem and was also able to identify a left-side shoulder and elbow issue that she had nevermentioned.
Scott explained to her that while she was having pain in her left-side toes and forefoot, it was because her body was compensatingaway from the real problem in her left-side elbow, wrist and shoulder.
After 3 months focusing on the workout prescription provided by DHS, she was able to attend jazzercise classes again, without any pain in her feet or hip.
